Bliss Balm Maya

Honey has been used for centuries as a medicinal/ healing aide. The ancient Maya used it for diseases of respiratory, digestive, circulatory, and immunological systems. Melipona Honey is a special kind of rare honey with unique benefits due to the region and the way it is created, preserved, and harvested. The ancient stingless and endangered bee known as Melipona bicheii, produces a limited amount of sacred high-quality honey forged from only the finest flower nectar, as the bees are very selective pollinators. We use 3 different kinds of Mayan Melipona Honey in our Mayan Bliss Balm after all!

Aloe is well known for its healing properties for good reason, and the ancient Maya knew it too. The Mayans call Aloe Vera the "immortality plant" because of its great regenerating life powers. It was a very sacred plant and considered good luck. They would use it all over the skin to treat and heal scratches and wounds. They also believed it could help prevent hair loss.

This catch-all balm can be applied anywhere on the skin that needs some extra love. Gently press fingers into the balm and apply desired amount to skin. Reapply as needed.
